Meditation Workshop :: Connecting with your Inner Stillness

Meditation is a movement. An inner exploration to a space of more reverence, more patience, more compassion :: a place of simply being.  

Pravaha Yoga's Erica Arsenault will help open you to a freedom from negativity and stress; teach you how to calm your mental turbulence inviting a more restful sleep; and guide you through the ebb and flow of emotional energy, accepting your true self. 

The workshop discusses 4 meditation techniques she has learned through Deepak Chopra's 'Primordial Sound Meditation' and Elena Brower's 'Art of Attention Audio Meditation' courses. 

Light snacks and beverage will be provided. Only 8 students will be able to join the class to provide plenty of one-on-one instruction.
