The Daily Juice
I know the mess is annoying, it takes time to prepare and you’d rather have a coffee, but drinking fresh juice in the morning does wonders to restore digestive health profoundly effecting your skin, energy, mental clarity, mood stability as well as flushes toxins from the liver.
Currently celery is all the rage. Medical Medium recommends drinking 16oz of celery juice on its own in the morning for the most potent results, but I love to juice it with lemon (promotes hydration), pink grapefruit (high content vitamin C) and ginger (antioxidants).
The How: Wash all fruit/veggies. Peel any skin. Juice in juicer. Simple. (Note: Add citrus last)
