New Nightly Routine

In the fall @doTERRA added Yarrow Pom to their list of essential oils. There was so much buzz on social media regarding this new “super” blue oil, but I hesitated as the cost was a little high. With the cold weather and dry heat, as winter always brings, I ended up splurging this Jan to moisturize my face. The word “super” does not do this oil justice as it is a powerhouse.

It is a blend of yarrow essential oil and cold pressed pomegranate seed oil making it vibrant blue in colour. Designed to activate skin protecting proteins and promote collagen, revitalizing aging skin to a dewy glow. Additionally, hyperpigmentation, acne, age spots, rosacea, scars, psoriasis and stretch marks benefit from this oil.

Before I apply it to my face I also roll my face with a Derma Roller. Fine micro needles create tiny punctures to the skins surface, stimulating repair and regeneration. This ultimately creates more collagen and elastin, resulting in reduction of fine lines, wrinkles and scars.

The bonus I got from this oil? I’ve always struggled with dry lips and this solved the problem!
